Follow Up: RCA:
It has been determined that the ISP was having networking issues via BGP. The ISP discovered the origin was coming from core hardware in London, UK. Once this was repaired, the circuit resumed full functionality.
12:40pm CT - The Routing issues have been resolved at this time. If you still do see issues with connectivity to your site, please log a ticket with our support team at
11:40am CT - The ISP has resolved the immediate issue from this morning’s routing issues. Recovery will begin across the routing paths at this time. Not all sites are routing correctly at this time, but will be resolving moving forward. More updates to follow…
11:20am CT - The ISP has determined a possible source for the issue and are currently working to resolve this. More updates to follow..
11:00am CT 4/24/13 - Currently we are still seeing issues with routing with ISPs with routing for some of our customers. Some of the routing issues have been resolved, as stated, but some are still occurring. More updates to follow…
